Troop 414 By Laws sign off sheet

Once a year we request all Scouts and parents to acknowledge that they have received a copy of the Troop’s By-Laws, and that they agree to abide by the By-Laws andall other policies and procedures issued by the Boy Scouts of America (“BSA.”)Please acknowledge your receipt of the By-Laws (copy attached) and your agreement to abide by the By-Laws and other BSA policies and procedures by signing in the places provided below and returning the bottom portion of this page to _________________                 (By Laws Chair) by September 29, 2009.

Every Scout must return a completed acknowledgement form in order to participate in Troop events.

The Troop’s By-Laws do not contain or detail every Troop 414 and BSA policy and procedure. The Troop By-Laws and this acknowledgement form can be found on the Troop’s website. Complete BSA policies and procedures can be found in numerous BSA publications, including the Scout Handbook.
