IMPORTANT: SEPTEMBER 10 IS FINAL Date for enrollment in First Energy Activities for Scouts and Scouters NO exceptions. Scouts must be a minimum of 10 years of age by October 3 2008. Some merit badge`slots will be filled by age. Oldest first.

All scouts wishing to earn a merit badge shall bring a filled out and Scoutmaster signed “BLUE CARD” with him on Saturday. A Scout will not be able to start any merit badge unless he has a signed Blue Card! The Scout must bring proof that he has completed the appropriate prerequisites for this MB” in order to receive counselor signoff and credit.
