Troop 414 was started in 1957 by_______ and a small group of boys interested in becoming scouts.  The meeting place for troop 414 has always been Rehoboth church, located on Conway Wallrose Rd.  the following is a list of the previous Scoutmasters, including some Assistant Scoutmasters.

Jeff Smith (1999-present)
       Jeff Smith joined scouting as a cub scout (because then tiger cubs were not yet made available) Mr. Smith comes from a long heritage of scouting.  Mr. Smith and three of his siblings are Eagle Scouts. Mr. Smith is an avid outdoors man. He has a particular interest in Canoe Trails. 



Jim Blanarik (1997-1999)
      Mr. Blanarik started scouting as a cub scout and then went on though wolf, bear, and webelos which back then webelos was known as lion.  Mr. Blanarik's favorite part of being a scoutmaster was working with the boys and going on camping trips with them.




Bob Vignere(1993-1997)
       Mr. Vignere joined scouting as a explorer (or now called Venture) scout from about 1959-1962, his mother and two sisters were all girl scouts.  Mr. Vignere's favorite part of being a scout master was seeing the boys take over the troop and start to run it for themselves. Mr Vignere continues his leadership role in Troop 414 and Scouting. He is has received many honors from Scouting for his activities with the boys and Order of the Arrow. Bob completed Wood Badge and is a proud Beaver with beads!.

Has served as Eagle advisor to the troop for several years.
